Your custom shield diamond ring will be made to order with the diamond of your choice in around 8 to 12 weeks. You'll receive a photo before we ship it out. The price is for one finished ring in 18 karat eco gold.

Conflict free diamonds

The diamonds used in this jewelry have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations resolutions. Based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds they are conflict free and mined in accordance with the Kimberley Process.

Gardens of the Sun goes beyond conflict free. Since our sourcing policy came into effect in November 2018 we only purchase diamonds from known origins. We avoid sourcing diamonds from Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Russia (last purchased in 2019), Sierra Leone and Zimbabwe.

This means that there's a small pit, but that fits with the salt and pepper character of the stone and doesn't affect the durability. Measures 4.90 x 5.06 x 3.64 mm and comes with a local government lab issued diamond memo, signed by a GIA graduated gemologist. The diamonds in this collection come with a diamond certificate, diamond memo, or certificate of origin. The diamond memo is less complete, and issued for the smaller diamonds of lower value. This diamond certificate is made by the LPSB lab certificate, which is a government lab, or by the South Kalimantan Gem Laboratory, a women-owned gem lab. Both labs employ GIA Graduate Gemologists.
